Shipping, Returns + Terms - Blue Rhubarb Creations


Products in stock are ready-to-ship and once processed, will be shipped within 2-3 business days.  All weaves are shipped in a flat shipping box for protection of the wall hanging.

Made to Order/Custom Requests require additional time to create and ship. Please contact me prior  to ordering to review the details and to obtain a quote.  The current creation and turnaround time for custom requests is 2-3 weeks depending on the personalization and custom order request.  Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but I can’t guarantee a faster processing time.

Blue Rhubarb Creations is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping. These charges come from your country during importation of your package.  I am also not responsible for any delays due to customs.


I accept cancellations of orders within 24 hours of the order.  Once the order is confirmed, processed and shipped, cancellations WILL NOT be accepted.


The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your computer screen resolution colors.  I do my best to represent and describe each item accurately but due to the handmade process, items may slightly vary.

Care for your new product(s) by:

* Removing item from packaging and hanging wall décor right away

* Use care and caution when handling your wall hanging – it is delicate in nature

* Avoid placing heavy objects on wall hanging as this will cause damage

* Avoid pulling on fibers as this may unravel and ruin your wall hanging


I ship anywhere within Canada and the United States at this time.

Once your order is processed, you will be provided with tracking information.  As stated above, products are packaged with care in new and undamaged condition.  I am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.


My return policy is within 15 days of your delivery. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, offers for a refund or exchange will NOT be accepted.

Personalized and/or customized goods are not eligible for returns.

Gift cards are not eligible for refunds/returns.

If you are unhappy with a product that you purchased, please contact me directly to discuss the details.

  • Return requests must be made within 15 days since original order date – you MUST contact me within 3 business days of your delivery to review your concerns.
  • Damaged items from shipping or opening of package will not be accepted for a return.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Tracking is required for all returns and insurance is highly recommended as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • A store credit will be issued after the item is received and inspected.
  • All custom orders and personalized items are final sale.
  • All sale/discounted items are not eligible for refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
